Viking-era Murrini Beads - Shop

The Viking-era body of beads includes a selection of beads made with murrini drawn from glass canes produced by laying segments of molten glass on a core and drawing it out to a thin cane, which is then cut into small sections or murrini. Each small section is then incorporated into a bead.
Each cane pattern has been created by Mike, based on examples of original beads from various museums and excavation reports.
