Voted one of the 100 Treasures of Britain and a featured artefact in the Manx Museum, this set of beads is internationally known. Mike was asked to create a reproduction set for a handling collection by the Manx Museum. The set on offer here is the same in every detail as the set supplied to the museum.
Beautiful beads in styles common to many cultures, including amber (the ones in the set are amber-coloured glass) raked beads, melon beads, antique clear beads similar in colour to Roman glass, an unusal cobalt blue cable bead similar to the Hiberno-Norse beads, combed beads and other styles including one bead with a murrini insert.
